Preamble - User Agreement

ZMN Electronic Store welcomes you. Below you will find the terms and conditions governing your dealings with the store and all legal implications that arise when you use the store's services via the internet through the ZMN electronic website. Any person's use of the store, whether as a consumer of a service or product in the store, constitutes their approval and acceptance, with full legal capacity, of all the articles and provisions of this agreement and is a confirmation of your commitment to the terms and conditions mentioned. The consumer's dealing with the store necessarily means their approval of the terms and conditions below, which apply to all products in the ZMN store. These terms and conditions apply to all types of dealings between the consumer and the store and are considered effective and enforceable as soon as you approve them and begin registering with the store.

Introduction and Definitions

The preamble above is an integral part of this agreement with its complete terms and conditions. Below you will find the indications and definitions of the main terms used in this agreement:

• (The Store) ZMN Electronic Store.
• (The Consumer) The person who deals in electronic commerce and has full legal capacity, desiring to obtain the products or services provided by the store.
• (The Agreement) Refers to all the terms and conditions set by the store management that govern and regulate the relationship between all parties wishing to deal with the store. The management of ZMN store has the right to modify the terms and conditions, and the consumer must periodically review the terms and conditions issued in this agreement.

Consumer's Legal Capacity

To benefit from the digital services and products offered through the store, the consumer must have full legal capacity in accordance with applicable regulations. Completing a purchase or registration in the store is an acknowledgment by the consumer of the following:

• The consumer acknowledges that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity.
• The consumer acknowledges that they use the store in their personal capacity or on behalf of an entity they have authority to act for only.
• The consumer acknowledges full responsibility for any purchase or use operation carried out through their account, whether done by themselves or by another.
• The consumer acknowledges that all data provided during registration or during the purchase process is correct.
• The consumer acknowledges that in case of violation of this agreement or applicable regulations, they bear the consequences of this violation and that the store is not responsible for it.

Nature and Type of Obligation

• The store's obligation towards consumers is to provide the products sold to the consumer from the time they are ordered until they reach the consumer's location.
• The store is committed to guaranteeing technical failures in the (Premium) category only, noting that the guarantee is not monetary under any circumstances and is for a period determined by the store from one month minimum to three months maximum. The guarantee by providing the mentioned period is considered compensation for the technical failure and any resulting damages.
• The consumer is committed to using digital products according to the store's instructions, and any violation by them is considered misuse that excludes them from the guarantee.
• Digital delivery of the product to the consumer's location is considered complete fulfillment of the store's obligation towards the consumer, and the store does not bear any responsibility for the consumer's method of using the product or any results arising from that use.
• The consumer's purchase of the digital product is considered their explicit approval that the nature of the store's obligation is limited and conditional on what is stated in the agreement only, without any additional or implicit obligations.

Usage Controls

• The consumer is committed to using the store and all its products and services in accordance with public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The consumer is committed when purchasing a service or product from the store not to use this service or product in violation of public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

And does not violate the special agreement explained above, and the store is not responsible for misuse.

Exchange and Return

Due to the nature of digital products provided through the store to consumers, exchange or return service is not available after completing the purchase process. This is because the product is delivered immediately electronically, making it non-exchangeable or returnable after obtaining it or starting to use it in any way. The process of completing payment and receiving the digital product is considered explicit approval by the customer of this policy and an acknowledgment that they have reviewed the nature of the product and accepted its delivery mechanism and method of use, including the inability to refund the amount after purchase. However, we confirm our full commitment to providing a digital product that works efficiently and does not face any technical problems. If the consumer faces a technical defect that prevents them from accessing the product or using it correctly, they should contact technical support directly through the store's channels to have the problem examined and addressed as quickly as possible. In cases where an actual technical defect is proven that is not due to misuse by the consumer, the compensation policy explained in the 'Nature and Type of Obligation' paragraph above will be in effect, so that the case is dealt with according to the controls and procedures previously determined by the store, which aim to ensure that the consumer gets their full right in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Official Communication Channels

• The consumer explicitly agrees that all agreements, notifications, data, and all forms of communication provided to them electronically are considered equivalent in their legal authority to written notifications and documents and meet regulatory requirements with the same force and obligation.
• The consumer agrees to the permissibility of the store management contacting them or notifying them of any provisions or notifications related to this agreement or dealing with them through general messages directed to all users or private messages directed to specific users through the store.

Intellectual Property

• All elements of the store, including products, trade name, logo, designs, texts, images, videos, programming and technical structure, are the exclusive property of the store and protected under intellectual property regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. None of these elements may be used without prior written permission from the store management.
• Prohibition of copying or unauthorized use.
• The consumer or any other party is prohibited from copying, republishing, quoting, selling, or exploiting any material from the store for any purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial, except after obtaining written approval from the store.
