    Site

Your server's own website at zmn.sa/<name>, built in one click and edited visually

    Overview

Site gives your server a designed website at its own zmn.sa address. It shows your server as it is right now — live member counts, open positions, giveaways and more — and gives your staff a Staff Hub where they can handle applications, tickets and requests from the browser.

    Perfect for

    • • A home page you can share anywhere, with a join button that always works
    • • Rules, guides and FAQs that are easier to read than a Discord channel
    • • Letting staff review applications, answer tickets and approve leave from any device
Site is a Premium feature. A server without Premium can't turn it on, and a site goes offline as soon as Premium ends.

    Turning it on

Open the Site module in your server's dashboard and turn the module on, or press "Create my site". ZMN builds a complete site and publishes it straight away — you can change everything afterwards.

    Your first site includes

    • • An address made from your server's name (you can change it at any time)
    • • A theme colour taken from your server icon
    • • A designed home page: live server stats, open positions when Applications is on, the leaderboard when Leveling is on, and a call to join
    • • A join button that uses your server's Discord vanity link, or an invite ZMN creates for you
Who can edit the site: the server owner, members with full Dashboard Access, and members whose Dashboard Access includes the Site module.

    Address and identity

Your site lives at zmn.sa/<address>. Every address is unique across ZMN.

3 to 32 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens
No hyphen at the start or end, and never two hyphens in a row
    Not made of numbers only
Not a word ZMN uses for its own pages (such as premium, documentation or dashboard) or one ZMN has blocked

    Once every 30 days

The address ZMN picked for you can be changed right away. After you choose one yourself, you can change it again once every 30 days.

    Old links keep working

After a change, your old address redirects to the new one for 30 days, and no other server can claim it during that time.

ZMN pages always come first. If ZMN launches a page with the same name as your address, your address is cleared and the dashboard asks you to choose a new one. That change doesn't count toward the 30-day limit, and the owner gets a direct message.

In the same tab you set the site's name, tagline and footer links, its language (English or Arabic — it only changes the text ZMN adds, never your own), who can open it (everyone, only people with the link, or members only) and whether search engines may show it.

    When Premium ends

Your site and its content are not deleted the moment Premium ends. This is what happens, in order:

    Right away

The site goes offline and visitors see that Premium has expired. The owner is told by direct message.

    After 7 days

Your address is released and any server can claim it. Renew within those 7 days to keep it.

    90 days later

Your pages are kept for 90 days after the address is released, then deleted for good.

Renewing before the pages are deleted brings the site back as it was. If the address was already released, you choose a new one.

    The visual editor

Open the editor from the Site page. You edit the real site — the same design your visitors see.

    Click to edit

Click any text on the page to change it. Images, buttons and lists are edited in the panel beside the page.

    Designed sections

Add a section with the + between sections, then move, duplicate or delete it. Each section has its own layout, background, spacing and who-can-see-it settings.

    Drafts, undo and preview

Changes save as a draft on their own and stay hidden until you publish. Undo and redo work across your edits, and you can preview the page at desktop or mobile size.

    Version history

Every publish is kept — the last 5 versions of each page. Restore one into your draft, then publish it when you're ready.

    Live sections

Server stats, open positions, giveaways, the leaderboard and your staff team fill themselves from your server. A live section disappears while its module is turned off and comes back, unchanged, when you turn it on again.

    Pages and categories

Use the pages drawer in the editor to build your site's structure. Drag pages to reorder them, or sideways to nest them.

    • • Categories group pages in the navigation, like "Rules" or "About", and list their pages automatically
    • • Pages nest up to three levels deep, and a site holds up to 100 pages
    • • The home page must be a top-level, published page. You can also hide a page from the navigation

Each page and each section can be shown to everyone, to server members only, or to members with chosen roles. Visitors who can't see something get a sign-in prompt instead.

Changing a page's link keeps the old link working: visitors who open it are sent to the new one.

    Theme

The theme sets how the whole site looks. Change it in the Theme tab or from the editor.

    Automatic colours

ZMN picks your accent colour from your server icon and updates it when the icon changes.

    Custom colours

Choose your own accent and secondary colour. ZMN adjusts the accent if it would be hard to read.

You also choose a dark or light base, the font style, how rounded corners are, the spacing between sections, and whether sections glow.

    Staff Hub

Your site's Staff Hub is at zmn.sa/<address>/staff. Staff sign in with Discord and see a panel for each module they help run — with what is waiting for them and the actions they are allowed to take.

The Staff Hub has no permission settings of its own. Each panel follows its module's own manager rules — exactly the people who can take the same action in Discord. A role removed in Discord stops working on the site within about 30 seconds.

    Applications

Read submissions and accept or deny them. For the form's managers, the module's managers, and members with Manage Server.

    Tickets

Claim tickets, read the conversation, reply and close them. For the ticket panel's support and manager roles.

    Recruitment

Recruit, promote, demote, warn and remove members. Each action follows the panel's own rules — the owner, bot masters, module managers, panel supervisors and the roles given that action.

    Attendance leave requests

Approve or deny leave requests. For the owner, Administrators and the attendance managers of the module or panel. Nobody can decide their own request.

    Giveaways

End a giveaway early or reroll its winners. Uses the /reroll permissions: allowed users and roles or the module's managers, otherwise Manage Server. A denied role always blocks.

In the Staff Hub tab of the Site page you choose the order staff see the panels in, and hide the ones you don't want on the site. A module that is turned off shows no panel at all.

Actions from the Staff Hub run through the same code as the Discord buttons, so the messages, DMs and logs they produce are the same. The Staff Hub is only open while the site is online.

    Analytics

The Analytics tab shows how many people visit your site, which pages they read, and how often they click to join your server or apply — over the last 7, 30 or 90 days.

    What is counted

Page views, visitors, join clicks and apply clicks, plus your most viewed pages. A visitor counts once per page per day. People who can edit the site, ZMN staff and search-engine bots are not counted. Days are in UTC and numbers update about every 5 minutes.

ZMN does not store visitors' IP addresses. A visitor is recognised only for one day, so the same person on two days counts as two visitors — nobody, ZMN included, can link them.

    Reports

Every site has a "Report this site" link in its footer. Signed-in visitors can report impersonation, scams, sexual or graphic content, hate or harassment, or something else. People who can edit the site don't see the link.

Reports go to ZMN's team, not to the server's staff. A visitor can have one open report per site at a time.

ZMN may suspend a site or restrict the Site module for a server that breaks the rules. The dashboard then shows the reason. If you manage the server and believe it is a mistake, contact [email protected] or open a ticket in ZMN's official Discord.
