    Attendance

Sign-in / sign-out timeclock panels with a live duty roster and manager oversight

    Overview

Attendance turns a channel into a timeclock. A panel is an independent sign-in/sign-out point - a server can run several at once, one per department, team, or purpose. Members sign in when they start working, take a break without losing their session, and sign out when they're done.

    Perfect For:

    • Staff teams that clock in and out of shifts
    • Roleplay servers tracking patrol or duty time
    • Communities that want a simple, visible duty roster
    • Any server that wants a lightweight, built-in timeclock

    Key Features

    Independent Panels

Run several separate timeclocks side by side, each with its own channels, roles, and settings.

    Three Live Messages

Saving a panel publishes its member sign-in/out controls and its public live roster - plus a private manager board too, once a manager channel is set in Advanced settings.

    Sign In, Break, Sign Out

Members sign in to start a session and sign out to end it. A break can be taken in between without ending the session, and break time doesn't count toward worked hours.

    Live Duty Roster

Shows who is on duty and since when, refreshing automatically every 15 seconds.

    Basic & Advanced Views

A guided setup and simplified view for getting started fast, or a full Advanced view for complete control - switching between them is always safe.

    Included on the Free Plan

Every server starts with up to 4 panels and 1 month of session history, no upgrade required.

    How It Works

    1Create a panel

Give the panel a name, then choose its control channel (where members sign in and out) and its roster channel (the public live duty list). A private manager channel for oversight can be added afterwards in Advanced settings.

    2Save to publish

The moment you save, the panel posts its live messages to Discord: the member sign-in/out controls and the public live roster - and a private board for managers too, once a manager channel is configured in Advanced settings.

3Members sign in, break, and sign out

A member presses Sign In to start a session, can press Break to pause it without ending it, and presses Sign Out when finished. Time spent on break is excluded from their worked hours.

    4Everyone watches the roster

The roster channel lists who is currently on duty and how long they've been signed in, longest-serving member first. It refreshes automatically every 15 seconds and shows up to 20 people at a time.

    Basic vs. Advanced

Every panel's settings live in one place - Basic and Advanced are two different views of the same data, not two different features.

    Basic

A guided, three-step setup wizard for your first panel, plus a simplified settings view afterwards that covers the essentials.

    Advanced

The full settings surface: every channel, role, break rule, and log toggle a panel supports.

Switching between Basic and Advanced writes to the exact same settings underneath, so it's completely safe in either direction - nothing is lost or reset.

    Free Plan Limits

Attendance is available on every plan, with these limits on Free:

    Up to 4 attendance panels
1 month of raw session history
Premium raises both limits - see the Premium comparison for details.
